Parallel programmer for the AT89C2051 chip I once bought an AT89C2051 chip just because it was cheap. I couldn't find a non-rs232 programmer for it, so I made my own. Hello, I had a RS Pro-97 and it stopped working. I was within my 30 return policy so I exchanged it with the pro-2051. The guy told me that the interface cable that I used with my pro-97 would work with my pro-2051. Is there any good software for this scanner? Thanks in advance for the help!

The similar styled scanner as the Uniden BCT8 but with silver colored control panel (like all other newer Radio Shack scanners). It has one feature that it is not found on the BCT8 that is: Signal Stalker™ (similar to Uniden's Close Call™ feature) RF Capture Technology - Instantly tunes to signals from nearby transmitters.

The main difference in this scanner against the BCT8 is that the firmware is a mix of GRE and Uniden specifications; thus, any software for the BCT8 will not work with the PRO-2051.
