Cylinder Head Bolt Installation
Factory Method For each cylinder head, start with head bolt numbered one. In increasing number sequence (1-2-3-4), tighten the head bolt in three stages. 1. Tighten each bolt to 7-9 foot pounds of torque. 2, Tighten each bolt to 12-14 foot pounds of torque. 3. Mark each head bolt and head with aligning marks. Torque Wrench Method For each cylinder head, start with head bolt numbered one. In increasing number sequence (1-2-3-4), tighten the head bolt in four stages. 1. Tighten each bolt to 7-9 foot pounds of torque. 2. Did you see comments on the torque specs for the riser bolts and bar clamp. 30-40 foot pounds riser bolts. 16-20 foot pounds bar clamp. Add bike to comparator. The Harley-Davidson Street Glide model is a Touring bike manufactured by Harley-Davidson. In this version sold from year 2016, the dry weight is 353.0 kg (778.2 pounds) and it is equipped with a V2, four-stroke motor. The engine produces a maximum peak output power of 85.83 HP (62.6 kW)) @ 5000 RPM and a maximum torque.
